Ingredients: Sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, non-gmo natural cane sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour dry ingredients from bag into large mixing bowl. Mix wet (6 Tablespoons softened butter, 1 large egg. 1/8 cup unsulphered molasses) and dry ingredients together until well blended. Scoop out a tablespoon of mix at a time nd shape into balls. Roll each ball in sugar. Place on a non-stick cookie sheet 2-3 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Yield: Makes about 15 cookies.
